A message from Adrian Burke, our the Chief Executive

Welcome to the latest edition of the e-bulletin from all at First Choice.

Hilary RyanI have had a very busy but hugely enjoyable first few months as the new Chief Executive of First Choice Housing Association. I would like to take this opportunity to recognise Hilary Ryan who retired in December 2016 and who spent 17 years working for the tenants of FCHA with unparalleled dedication. Hilary’s passion for providing innovative housing solutions will now be carried forward and I look forward to this with relish.

Hilary Ryan

The properties we handed over this quarter mean that this year we have delivered 14 schemes and added 61 units of accommodation to our portfolio. With 2017 promising to be just as busy it was timely that we held a Board Strategy Day last week looking at the future direction of FCHA. While there are undoubtedly challenges ahead it was it was clear that there is an appetite within FCHA to rise to the challenges and I look forward to updating you further about this in due course.

Adrian Burke

Chief Executive
