Director of Finance & IT
Richard Griffiths
Richard joined the Association in 2004. Richard provides core financial, treasury and performance management. as well as leading all ICT undertaken in house.
Director of Corporate Services & Housing
Donna Webb
Donna was recruited in 2009. Donna is responsible for the Association’s housing, human resources, office management, PR/Communications, governance and quality assurance.
Director of Operations
Huw Thomas
Huw joined the Association in 2011 as a Development Officer and worked as the Development Manager between Oct 2018 – Dec 2024. Since Jan 2025, Huw is now responsible for new business within the Association and has an overview of the Development, Maintenance, Technical & Procurement Teams.
Management
Value for Money & Data Integrity Manager
Lisa Taylor
Lisa joined FCHA in January 2002. Lisa has worked in both the Technical Services Team and Customer Services Team and in April 2024 joined the Finance & ICT Team as the new Value for Money and Data Integrity Manager. Lisa is responsible for ensuring the tenants get value for money with their service charges, auditing compliance in all areas of Landlord Health and Safety and working with all other teams around data integrity to ensure records are completely up to date.
Housing Manager
Maureen Lee
Maureen joined May 2018 and is responsible for the running of our current schemes and assists in the delivery of all new housing schemes being developed in the North of the Country.
ICT
Andrew Jones
Andrew joined the association in 2017 and is responsible for the Information and Communication Systems and the development of software used by the Association.
Senior Public Affairs & Public Relations Manager
Hywel Thomas
​Hywel Thomas is a communications strategist and a problem solver with a background in politics and health. He has a long-standing interest in issues of social justice and believes in giving a voice to people who are often unheard. He is a former head of communications with Velindre University NHS Trust and a Head of Strategic Communications for public service broadcaster S4C. Hywel joins FCHA as its Senior Public Relations and Public Affairs Manager. He will use his skills and experience to advocate and drive change so that adults with learning disabilities can live rich and independent lives within their communities.
Housing Manager
Nigel Bowen
Nigel started in 2002 and is responsible for the Housing Management in south and mid Wales: Linking in with support providers and local authorities, ensuring everybody is paying rent.
Development
Tudor Davies
Tudor started in 2018 and is responsible for managing the Development Team. He checks progress on developments and links in with builders, designers, local authorities, health boards and Welsh Government funding teams to make more FCHA homes.
FInance
Michael Mainwaring
Mike joined the Association in 2013.
Mike is responsible for the finance function within the Association.
