We monitor our performance and report to our Board of Management on a quarterly basis via the Chief Executive Report. Here we look at key areas of the Business including compliance , business growth, Customer, our people &  Financial performance reporting against a set of key performance indicators.

So that we can continually improve our services to our stakeholders we regularly obtain feedback from tenants, Local Authorities and Support Providers. We also target key stakeholders for feedback using an anonymous annual web-based survey.

First Choice Housing Association is pleased to announce that the Welsh Government Housing Regulation Team, acting under the authority of the Welsh Ministers have confirmed our Co-Regulation Status as Standard.

This confirms that FCHA Identifies and manages new and emerging risks appropriately as well as meeting viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with scenarios appropriately
