Selling goods or Supplying Services and Works to FCHA

If you are interested in working with the FCHA or the wider Welsh public sector, you must register on the following systems:

• Sell 2 Wales used by public sector buyers to advertise tender opportunities

• Find Tender Service which all suppliers must be registered on in order to bid for public sector contract opportunities

 

The procurement regulations in Wales and the wider UK changed in February 2025. More information can be found on the UK government website.

 

Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Unless specific contract terms and conditions have been agreed in advance, FCHA orders are issued under the FCHA Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
