We are looking for a new Handy Person based in Wrexham to join FCHA and provide general maintenance in and around FCHA properties in the North Wales, Telford & Shropshire area.

Handy Person - The job description
Work will include compliance inspections for sites, fire door inspections, fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
There is a requirement to travel and a van will be provided
This role will be a multi skilled role which will include various carpentry, UPVC repairs, lock repairs. Basic plumbing skills will be required accompanied by a very positive can – do attitude.

Work hours
Standard full time hours are 35 per week, between 8:30am and 5:00pm
Salary
SCP25–SCP27 - £23,543 - £31,518
