An update on our Chief Executive role

Today we share that Adrian Burke, our Chief Executive, has informed the Board of his decision to step down from the role. Adrian has secured a new opportunity outside the organisation and will be leaving FCHA following the completion of his contractual notice period.

During his time with us, Adrian has made an outstanding contribution to FCHA’s growth, culture, and impact. His leadership has strengthened the organisation and enhanced the services we provide to our tenants and the wider learning disability community. We extend our sincere thanks to Adrian for his dedication and achievements, and he will be greatly missed.

To ensure continuity and stability, the Board will now begin the process of recruiting our next Chief Executive, supported by a clear transition plan. Our experienced Executive team remains focused on delivering our mission and maintaining the high standards our tenants and partners expect from FCHA.

We wish Adrian every success in the next chapter of his career and thank him for everything he has brought to FCHA.

Our 2025 Employee Survey Results!

We are proud to share the results of our recent employee survey which demonstrates the enjoyment staff attain from working as part of the team at FCHA. This was the first time we used an external company to gain this insight from our teams . Below are just a few of the highlights from the survey.

We would like to thank the Tenant Advisory Group for all of their hard work when helping establish these Mission, Vision and Values. The Tenant Advisory Group was integral in ensuring that these new statements were easy to understand and were relevant to the tenants in our homes.
