We have just sent out our 2020 annual report to all of the tenants. This report will provide you with all of the information on how first choice as an organisation has been during the past year. With the additional changes to our management of properties dur to COVID, this years report will also set aside goals on how to deal with unprecedented changed like this in the future.

Every quarter, FCHA have a newsletter for tenants! These newsletters are an opportunity for tenants to share their stories with other FCHA tenants across Wales and Shropshire.
Tenants can share their stories of their holidays, hobbies or what they would like to do during their day! Anyone who sends in a story can win a £10 voucher for sharing their stories.
We also have tips from our Technical Officer Phil for all of your housing troubles, updates from board meetings about how FCHA is doing and also the highlights from our Tenant events like the Discos and the Bowling.
